The partnership

Built through collaboration.

Wuhan No. 2 High School × St. Mary’s School

Founded in 1939, Wuhan No. 2 High School adopted the motto “Seek truth; reach far.” It became one of the first key schools in the Central South Administrative Region in 1953, later a key school in Hubei Province and one of the province’s first model schools in 1999.

In 2007, the school received national recognition as an Advanced Collective in the Education System. Over its history, it has educated graduates who have continued to leading universities in China and abroad.

Academic breadth and coordinated support

CIC’s admissions, teaching, academic affairs and college guidance teams work together across the student journey. Language and Bridge courses support the move into international academic study, alongside subject learning and test preparation.

The wider program includes community activities, clubs, sport and opportunities for educational exchange with St. Mary’s home campus in Oregon. Individual college planning connects students’ academic choices with their higher-education goals.
